The Championships presented at Sydney Racing Carnival and Australian Turf Club have turned up some of the fashion stakes in the NSW region with Melbourne still staying the largest and most competitive. We loved seeing everyone have their chance to strut their stuff on the catwalk and be admired by all including Kate Peck of Myer.
I was off to Dubai for the richest horse race in the world which did not disappoint, but always love seeing what our home grown Aussie competitors are up to. Georgina McKerrow stood heads above in the fashion stakes and took out the title of most Fashionable Lady on the Day.
I will look forward to seeing Aussie Ladies get used to the destination of Dubai for their Annual Jaguar Style Stakes to see how they compare to the 'World Fashion Stage' where every country has competitors. Of course Australia is the jewel in the crown with Fashions on the Field being begun here, but Dubai is hot on our tail. Cannot wait until Spring if this is a hint of what lays ahead.
Sorry for the delay in images as Cyclone Ita hitting Far North Queensland had different ideas of when images could be displayed. Anna. x
