We have reached the pinnacle of 'Fashions on the Field'. The fantastic largest prize pool. Myer 'Fashions on the Field'. Derby Day did not disappoint us as I believe that finalists on stage and even watching in the fashion tent were looking so much more fantastic than celebrities in the paper. Well done to Australian 'Fashion on the Field' fashionistas. This is what this site is about. Not the celebrities in styled outfits by stylist, you are the stylist you choose your fashion. It is about you. Couture Heaven. There is always debate about winners and even debates amongst judges regarding winners. I will add that we were pushing Dolce & Gabbana on this site to be the design frame and silhouette to look out for and what do you know. A big tick and 1st for Derby Day. A big congratulations to Deborah Hunter. I did hear allot of gossip regarding Marney McQueen coming in 2nd in her alter ego ensemble. Jamie Lowe you are one of the most stunning girls I have seen in a long time. You cannot take a bad photo and you would look fabulous in a brown paper bag. Allot of my guests especially came into the tent to see the famous Melbourne fashionista which I am sure we will see allot more of in coming days of the carnival. I did have favourites as we all do and I loved the coat/dress ensemble with Neil Grigg hat and Dita Von Teese-esque feel with feminine wrap cape. Loved every minute, thank you ladies. Stay fashionably fabulous.
